We do not dispatch physical packages or tangible parcels via courier or postal mail. Therefore, zero shipping fees or handling surcharges apply to any transaction.
2. Delivery Timeline
Upon successful payment processing via Razorpay:
- Instant Web Access: You are immediately redirected to your authenticated download page where you can directly obtain your digital archives (.ZIP, Figma files, and guides).
- Email Dispatch: An automated electronic confirmation containing your order receipt, unique license key, and cloud repository access links is dispatched to your registered email address within 0 to 10 minutes.
- Maximum SLA: In rare cases of upstream network latency or payment gateway delays, delivery will be fulfilled within a maximum of 24 hours.
3. Non-Receipt of Access Links
If you have completed your payment and have not received your digital assets or email confirmation within 30 minutes, please:
- Check your email's Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
- Verify that the email address supplied during checkout was spelled accurately.
- Reach out immediately to our support desk with your Razorpay Payment ID.
