At Aadhya (accessible at aadhya.online), our products are intangible digital goods—including downloadable Figma design systems, source code starter repositories, 4K video masterclasses, and AI prompt documentation.
Because these digital assets are delivered instantly and irreversibly upon payment verification, our cancellation and refund terms are structured as follows:
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
We provide a full refund under the following conditions:
- Defective or Corrupt Files: If the downloaded archive files are damaged, corrupt, or inaccessible and our technical support team is unable to provide working mirror links within 48 hours of reporting.
- Non-Delivery of Access Link: If you did not receive your download credentials or license key within 24 hours of successful payment capture and our support team fails to manually dispatch it upon being contacted.
- Duplicate Transaction: If your account was charged more than once due to a network error during payment processing.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following instances:
- Change of mind after successful file download or cloud folder access.
- Incompatibility with third-party software explicitly stated as outside our support scope (e.g., using outdated unsupported versions of software).
4. How to Request a Refund
To file a refund request, please email our support desk at support@aadhya.online within 7 days of the transaction date.
Please provide:
- Full Customer Name
- Registered Email Address
- Razorpay Order ID & Payment ID
- A brief description of the technical issue encountered
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed through Razorpay and credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account, UPI, Debit/Credit Card) within 5 to 7 business days, subject to your issuing bank's processing cycles.
